Presentation at 2009 National Corrections Industry Conference

ValueEdge & Roebourne Regional Prison were proud to support the recent 2009 ACEA (Australasian Corrections Education Association)/Reintegration Puzzle Conference through the delivery of a joint presentation regarding Roebourne’s use of the Q Test.

Very positive outcomes have been achieved in identifying suitable Indigenous prisoners to join the Rio Tinto JobReady Program, leading to potential employment opportunities with Rio Tinto Iron Ore as part of the transition programs of these prisoners upon their release from prison.

A recent seminar series was held in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne where Saville Consulting profiled the use of their assessment tools in identifying critical characteristics of elite professionals across fields such a business, sport and the arts.

Major business improvement framework for Education sector – Curriculum development for major international student college

Faced with new industry benchmarks and guidelines, one of Melbourne’s leading international student colleges commissioned ValueEdge to develop and implement a major business improvement initiative upon which their entire curriculum and related programs were to be structured.

In relation to the framework upon which this initiative was founded, the English Channels team from ValueEdge has entered into preliminary discussions with relevant education industry bodies to identify the applicability and potential customisation of this framework to meet the needs of other relevant providers.
